Eagle River Retreat is nestled on the banks of the Eagle River in the private residential community of Arrowhead. Four bedrooms plus a den accommodate up to 12 people for a quick or extended trip to the Vail Valley.

Guests are invited to enjoy Colorado’s 300+ days of sunshine from the riverside deck, perfect for family cookouts and complete with a relaxing hot tub. The nearby recreation path provides ample opportunity to run or bike to the nearby towns of Edwards and Avon. Beaver Creek’s Arrowhead Village provides quick access to ski slopes in the winter and trails to hike and bike during warmer months. The whole of Beaver Creek Mountain is accessible via Arrowhead Village as well.

Inside the home, visitors are greeted by cozy yet spacious rooms. Wood tones and stone fireplaces throughout the living and dining areas seemlessly bring the outdoors in.

Four bedrooms are as follows: the main level hosts the primary king bedroom, while 2 more king bedrooms are upstairs plus a bunk room which sleeps 6. The den also has a sleeper sofa.

Eagle River Retreat is located a short drive to Edward’s town center, Riverwalk. There are a dozen wonderful restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and a movie theater. Nearby attractions include Beaver Creek Resort, Vail Resort, multiple golf courses, concert venues, and more!
