Job Description:
The Operations Manager at Vail Butler plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our luxury vacation rental properties. This individual will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, maintain high-quality property standards, and optimize guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Title: Operations Manager
Status: 40+ hours per week FT/YR
Start date: June 1st, 2025
Salary: $75,000-$100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily operations to ensure all properties meet Vail Butler’s quality standards.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain oversight of housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all guest concerns, requests, and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation.
- Supervise and support Property Managers, Home Specialists, and service teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. - Oversee contracts, negotiate service agreements, and ensure timely payments and service execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing for property supplies and guest amenities.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management and property management.
- College degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Gmail Suite and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
