Location, Location, Location
Seemingly endless entertainment is within easy reach. Beaver Creek Village is just a five minute walk or two minute drive from Village Walk. There, guests will find a number of excellent restaurants and patios with fantastic views perfect for apres ski. There are also outdoor gear and clothing shops, an ice rink, and the highly-acclaimed Vilar Performing Arts Center.
Vilar brings an assortment of well-known musical artists, comedians, and performers to Beaver Creek throughout the year. There is plenty to do within Beaver Creek Village but guests staying for an extended period of time may want to venture out to the surrounding towns. Vail Village is a 20 minute drive and offers dining and shopping on a larger scale. Other towns to consider visiting include Minturn (16 mins), Avon (5 mins), and Edwards (8 mins).
Four Seasons of Fun
Village Walk’s most notable quality may be its ski-in ski-out access that places skiers straight on Dally run mere steps from the back door. However, these homes offer quick access to outdoor activities in any season.
Beaver Creek Mountain boasts dozens of mountain bike and hiking trails known for their beautiful scenery. While visitors tend to flock to the area during the warm summer months, fall is not to be missed. From mid-September to mid-October, the aspen trees are a sight to behold. Golden leaves cover much of the mountain and make hiking and biking a true pleasure.
Another great option is booking a round at Beaver Creek Golf Club. One of the few public courses in the Vail area, Beaver Creek is known for its long, narrow, challenging fairways and picturesque location. The course was constructed in 1982, making it one of the longest established golf courses in the Vail Valley.
Three Incredible Properties
As we previously mentioned, Vail Butler hosts three fantastic properties at Village Walk. Red Tail Lodge and Osprey Lodge contain four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten guests. Golden Eagle Lodge has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and sleeps up to fourteen guests. All are incredibly spacious with fully equipped kitchens, large dining room, and dual living areas.
These homes can be rented separately or together. Renting together is a perfect option for large groups and families who want to stay close to each other but prefer their own private space. Friends and family will be just a few doors down!

This gorgeous 4-bedroom Village Walk home is tucked away in the heart of Beaver Creek. It boasts high ceilings, magnificent mountain views and the comfort of ski-in ski-out access right from the back door.
This three-story home has a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals and can sleep up to 10 people. The primary bedroom is on the top floor and the other three bedrooms are on the lower level. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All rooms can be easily accessed by the stairs or private elevator.
The living and dining room area is ideal for gatherings. Adjacent is a cozy hearth room perfect for movies and relaxing. There are two outside terraces, one overlooking the ski run and the other the neighborhood. A gas grill, outdoor seating and private hot tub offer even more convenience and comfort.
