Where are you going to put those gifts? Where are you going to find a tree?
Never fear! Vail Butler delivers gorgeous Christmas trees straight to your vacation home.
We’ll arrange that beautiful evergreen to create a cozy scene of which Mr. and Mrs. Claus would surely approve!
Choose to have our team string lights and decorate the tree, or bring your own supplies and decorate with your loved ones. We offer trees from 5 to 15 feet tall and can provide customized decorations to help you celebrate the season in festive style.
All you have to bring are the stockings to hang over a roaring fire and some gifts for underneath the tree.
How it works
Simply complete our online order form. There, you will be asked to specify the size and type of tree, your arrival date, and indicate if you would like us to decorate. Our concierge will contact you to discuss details and confirm your order.

Who can order?
Tree delivery is available to all Vail Butler guests with a current reservation which overlaps the requested delivery date.
Not a Vail Butler guest? That’s okay! Non-guests staying in the Vail and Beaver Creek area can request delivery using the same form. Requests will be fulfilled based upon availability.
What is included?
All tree prices include delivery to your vacation home, tree stand, set up, and removal/recycling of the tree after you check out. Lights and decorations can be added to any tree order for an additional cost.
Will my tree be perfect?
Maybe! We do our very best to choose and deliver the most beautiful trees we can find, but nature is imperfect and so sometimes are trees.
When should you order?
Santa’s elves need time to make Christmas magic happen. For that reason, advance ordering is required and supplies are limited. Be sure to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your arrival to ensure on-time delivery. Requests placed within 2 weeks of arrival will likely be declined and are subject to availability.
What about special requests?
If you have a vision for your tree, communicate your ideas to our team in advance. We will accommodate any requests we can! Additional charges may apply.
